Under normal circumstances, you will be notified by email when an error occurred in your order. If an error occurred, you can correct your order at Oops™ Assisted Purchase Service page. Just click on My Orders tab and expand the Order Number which have the error.
The merchant name and status of each item of the order can be found on the left of the item.
There are 11 status codes in the system:
Pending - Currently waiting for seller response. No further action is required at this time.
Partially OOS - Item is partially out of stock. You can either reduce the quantity or replace it with another item.
OOS - Item is out of stock. Please replace it with another item.
MOQ Required - Your purchase quantity doesn't meet seller's minimum order quantity requirement. You can either increase quantity or replace it with another item.
No Response - Seller doesn't respond at all. Please replace it with another item.
Refunded - Due to some circumstances, seller unable to fulfill the order and refunded. Please replace it with another item.
Cancelled - Due to some circumstances, item was cancelled by seller, buyer or us.
URL Error - URL doesn't work or item no longer exist. Please verify, correct it or replace it with another item.
Name Error - Product name doesn't match with URL. Please verify, correct it or replace it with another item.
Price Error - Price is higher than what you expected. Please verify, correct it or replace it with another item.
Specs Error - Color, size, design or model doesn't exist or no longer available. Please verify, correct it or replace it with another item.
If any of the status code listed above appeared in your order, you can either leave the error item unchanged (if you don't wish to replace it with another item) or replace the error item with another item by clicking Modify icon.
To replace an error item, please fill in URL, Product Name, Quantity, Unit Price and Product Specification of the new item and press Modify button.
Once you replaced error item with another item, the status of the item will change to "Pending". You can replace any error item with another item as long as your order is not close. Your order will be closed when you start to prepare your order for shipment.
