Regardless of whether you're placing order by yourself or using our Assisted Purchase Service, you have full control of your shipments. You decide on what, when and where to ship and we take care of the rest!
If you're using our Assisted Purchase Service, you will receive an email notification upon all the packages of your order arrived, otherwise, you have to check the Incoming. tab of Oops™ DIY Reship Service page periodically for an update.
Please make sure you had reviewed the package value before you prepare your shipment as it is the key factor which directly affect the insurance payout and taxes assessed on the package by Customs Authorities. For more information, please read How To Update Package Value page.
To prepare a shipment, you need to switch to Incoming tab at Oops™ DIY Reship Service page. Select those packages which have arrived and press Prepare Shipment button.
Fill in Recipient Name, Recipient Contact and Recipient Address, select the Shipping Destination and choose the Shipping Method you want and press Proceed button.
You will receive an email notification when both Weight / Volume Information and Payment Details of your shipment are available. You need to switch to Outgoing tab at Oops™ DIY Reship Service page in order to view Weight / Volume Information. You can click on Payment Details button to view balance due.
Press the Make Payment button and select the bank you wish to use. Transfer the exact amount using Internet Banking or ATM to the bank account as indicated to avoid delay in payment verification. After you have made the payment, fill in the Transaction Reference Number and press Confirm Payment button.
Please wait for our accountant to verify your payment. Payment verification usually takes less than an hour during normal business hours. We will send you an email in case we are unable to verify your payment.
