There are two places where you can track your shipment in our website:
If you know your tracking number, please locate and press the Track icon on the right side of menu bar. Input the tracking number into the text box and press Track icon.
If you don't know what is your tracking number, please go to the Outgoing tab of Oops™ DIY Reship Service page. Click on the shipment number you wish to track and click the Tracking Number at the bottom of the page, next to the weight information.
For your information, tracking number will be provided as soon as the parcel shipped. Under normal circumstances, tracking information will be available by the end of the next business day.
