Can I use Oops.sg's account to make purchases by myself?

Yes. We will provide you a physical address after registration. You will be given an unique number at our facilities' physical address for your exclusive use.



How do I manage my purchases?

After the quick and easy sign-up process, you will be able to login to "Oops™ Assisted Purchase Service" page where you can place your order through Oops.sg, track your orders shipped to Oops.sg's facilities, manage your orders and input payment details and much more. How do I manage my shipments?

After the quick and easy sign-up process, you will be able to login to "Oops™ DIY Reship Service" page where you can input the details (Declard Value and Declard Content) and tracking number of the package, manage your packages currently at our facility, track your packages shipped to Oops.sg's facilities, manage your shipments and input payment details and much more. How does the Oops.sg work?

Your Oops.sg Account is where you can manage your purchases and shipments in one easy-to-use location. When you use our Assisted Purchase Service, we will handle everything for you, all you need to do is waiting for the notification email and prepare shipment. When you place an order on your own, simply log-in and input the package's details into the "Incoming" tab of "Oops™ DIY Reship Service" page and monitor your package from there. When all the packages arrived at our warehouse, you can log-in and select the most convenient shipping method from our list of carriers. You can also update your package content and value, shipping details and made payment.

Can I make changes to my order after submitting payment?

Unfortunately, once you've made payment for your order, it is not possible to amend any details of your order unless there is error which prevents us from placing the order (For more information, please check "How To Monitor Order" page). Please ensure you have reviewed your order prior to submitting your order.



Can I make changes to the shipping option after submitting payment?

It is possible to change the shipping option only before submitting payment and only if your shipment is still around in our warehouse. Please ensure you have reviewed your shipment details, selected the appropriate shipping option prior to submitting your shipment.



How do I pay if seller won't accept my international credit card?

This problem can also be resolved by taking advantage of our Assisted Purchase Service with small fee. Please click here for more information about Oops™ Assisted Purchase Service.



How much does it cost to ship a package to Singapore?

Oops.sg offers a wide array of affordable shipping options. We have negotiated low rates from carriers and pass our shipping discounts along to our customers. For up-to-the-date shipping cost, please check "Services & Fees" page for more information.



Are there any items that Oops.sg will not ship?

Oops.sg reserves the right to refuse any order placed and will not ship any items that are prohibited. Please check "Prohibited Items" page before placing your order. Items requiring special licensing and handling may also be subject to restrictions. If you still have questions, please contact us for assistance.



What is Oops.sg's policy on items damaged in transit?

Maximum liability for items damaged in transit due to mishandling by carrier, freight forwarder, courier, inspection by customs or any other circumstances that may arise in transit is USD0.00 (zero). Please check "Terms and Conditions" page for more information.



Can I add/remove package to/from my shipment after preparing shipment?

It is possible to add/remove package to/from shipment only if your shipment is still in our warehouse but you need to cancel the shipment and resubmit the shipment. For your information, cancellation of a shipment is subject to a cancellation fee, please see "Terms & Conditions" for more information.



What is Oops™ Assisted Purchase Service?

Oops™ Assisted Purchase Service giving you a more personalized shopping and shipping experience. If you want to purchase from an online retailer where your credit card isn't accepted or if you want to save in bank transfer fee or reduce loss in exchange rate, we can place the order for you.



How does Oops™ Assisted Purchase Service work?

To use our Assisted Purchase Service, simply log-in to your account, go to the "Oops™ Assisted Purchase Service" page, complete your order and make payment. We will then check the availability of the items, make the purchases and update your account once the purchase is complete. For more information, please check "How To Place Order" page and "How To Monitor Order" page.



Do I still need to input package details in "Oops™ DIY Reship Service" page?

No need. Our system will automatically input all packages details of Assisted Purchase Service's purchases into the "Incoming" tab of "Oops™ DIY Reship Service" page for you.



How much does Oops™ Assisted Purchase Service cost?

How can I return goods via the Oops™ Assisted Purchase Service?

We will return any orders in accordance with the seller's return policy. All return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Once seller has received the returned merchandise and we have confirmed the refund, your bank account will be credited for the amount that was refunded.



Can I use Oops™ Assisted Purchase Service to pay bills, buy memberships, gift cards or subscriptions?

Yes, as long as it is not for illegal purpose. Please contact us for more information.



Do your prices include duties and applicable taxes?

No. You will still be responsible for certain import duties and taxes imposed by Singapore Customs. Oops.sg is not responsible for any delays associated with customs difficulties. Please consult Singapore Customs with any questions.



Do you handle the customs declaration form for each package?

Yes. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to provide Oops.sg with the accurate information (Declared Content and Declared Value). This can be done at "Oops™ DIY Reship Service" page by completing the "Declared Content" and "Declared Value" field. For more information, please check "How To Update Package Value" page.



Do I pay duties and taxes for air and sea freight to Singapore?

Yes for Air Freight, as long as the CIF value is above SGD400.00.
Yes for Sea Freight, no matter what is the CIF value.



How much tax and duty will I need to pay?

The 7% GST should be based on the CIF value plus any commission and other incidental charges whether or not shown on the invoice, or the value of the LSP. The CIF value if shown in foreign currency should be converted to Singapore dollars by using the prevailing Customs exchange rate.



Does Oops.sg offer insurance on my shipment?

Not directly. While insurance can be purchased through Oops.sg for an additional fee, it is handled through your chosen carrier.



What amount of insurance should I purchase?

Parcels are insured for the value you declare them to be worth, which can be changed if necessary. Oops.sg suggests insuring your parcel at its full value to ensure complete coverage. For more information, please check "How To Update Package Value" page.



What does my insurance cover?

Insurance covers the physical damage and/or loss of your parcel during transit. Once your parcel is delivered and signed for, your parcel is not covered by any claims.



How can I make an insurance claim?

Insurance claims are handled through your chosen carrier. While Oops.sg can file a claim on your behalf, we are not responsible for insured parcels during their transit.



What if I don't agree with my carrier's decision on my insurance claim?

The carrier's decisions on all insurance claims are final. Oops.sg trusts the carriers and respects their final decisions. However, if you feel that your investigation was not handled properly, you may contact the carrier directly.



Can I cancel insurance on my shipment?

Once insurance is selected for a shipment, it cannot be cancelled.



If I file a successful claim, what will be refunded?

You will be refunded the declared value of your purchase, but not the cost of shipping and insurance. If a refund is issued, your bank account will be credited for the amount that was refunded.
